SkyWatch distinguishes a factual correction from a difference in interpretation. We will review reproducible identity, timestamp, location, source, and rendering problems against the available evidence.
Account, privacy, and billing
For account or privacy requests, write from the email address associated with the SkyWatch sign-in when possible. We may request limited verification before changing or deleting account-linked data.
For billing, include the Lemon Squeezy order number and purchase email, but never send full card details. Payment-card processing is handled by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record.
Emergency limitation
This mailbox is not monitored as an emergency channel. Follow official authorities and local emergency services for safety-critical instructions. SkyWatch cannot dispatch assistance or confirm that a public warning has reached a specific device.
