Acceptance and eligibility

By accessing or using SkyWatch, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Informational service only

SkyWatch is an independent informational and OSINT service. It is not an official emergency, aviation, maritime, military or government service. Data may be delayed, incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable. Always follow official authorities and never rely on SkyWatch as your sole source for safety decisions.

Accounts

You are responsible for your account and activity. Provide accurate information, keep access secure and do not impersonate another person. Access tiers and features may change, expire or be restricted where necessary.

Community rules

Do not post threats, harassment, hate, sexual or violent exploitation, illegal content, personal data, credentials, deceptive reports, spam, copyright-infringing material or operationally sensitive information. You must have the right to share every image and statement you submit.

Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant SkyWatch a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, display, format, moderate and remove that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and improve the service, provide backups and comply with law. You may delete your content or account subject to limited lawful retention described in the Privacy Policy.

Moderation

Users can report content and block authors. SkyWatch may remove, delay, restrict or preserve content, suspend accounts and cooperate with lawful requests. Reporting a post may remove it from the public feed pending review.

AI identification

Aircraft identification is generated with automated tools and can be wrong. Review and correct results before sharing. Do not use AI results for targeting, operational decisions, emergency response or any unlawful activity.

Third-party data and links

Map layers, alerts, aircraft, vessel, satellite, weather, market and other OSINT data may come from third parties with different update schedules, coverage, terms and limitations. SkyWatch does not control third-party services or guarantee their availability, and links do not imply endorsement.

Acceptable use

Do not disrupt, scrape beyond permitted interfaces, reverse engineer security controls, overload providers, evade rate limits, introduce malicious code or use SkyWatch to facilitate harm. Public links and data remain subject to source rights and restrictions.

Access tiers and payments

Free previews, limits, trials and access tiers may change. FREE and OBSERVER may be supported by card advertising and periodic sponsor breaks; OBSERVER breaks are less frequent, and INTELLIGENCE is ad-free. A paid plan is a recurring monthly subscription at the price displayed before purchase and renews automatically until cancelled. The merchant-of-record checkout displays the final price, applicable tax and payment terms. Cancellation stops future renewal and normally leaves access active through the paid billing period. Refunds and cancellations are also governed by the Refund and Cancellation Policy and any mandatory consumer rights.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using SkyWatch or delete your account at any time. SkyWatch may limit, suspend or terminate access for abuse, security risk, legal requirements, provider restrictions or a material breach of these terms, and may preserve limited records as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

Features, sources, limits and service availability may change without notice. We may update these terms and will publish the revised date on this page.

Disclaimer and liability

The service is provided on an as-available basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. SkyWatch does not guarantee accuracy, continuity, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted access. Applicable law governs any non-excludable rights.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without limiting any mandatory consumer protection or jurisdiction rights that apply to you.
