Delete your account

Delete while signed in

1. Open Settings and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Select Delete account.
3. Confirm the permanent deletion request.

If an active paid subscription exists, cancel it from Billing before deleting the account so future renewals stop safely. Account deletion then removes your SkyWatch forum posts, replies, blocks, reports, preview counters, web-push registrations and manual access-tier record tied to the Firebase user identifier. SkyWatch also requests deletion of the Firebase Authentication account; if provider-side deletion cannot complete immediately, contact support for follow-up. Limited billing records may remain where the merchant of record or law requires them.

Request deletion by email

If you cannot sign in, email support@skywatchintel.com from the address associated with the account. We may ask for limited verification before acting to protect the account from unauthorized deletion.

What may remain

Limited security, fraud-prevention, moderation, backup or legal records may be retained where required or permitted by law. De-identified operational analytics may remain where they can no longer be linked to your account.
