Refund and cancellation policy

Automatic renewal

Observer and Intelligence are monthly subscriptions. The subscription renews automatically using the payment method on file until it is cancelled. The final price, applicable tax, currency and renewal date are shown by the merchant of record before purchase and in the customer portal.

Cancellation

You may cancel future renewals at any time from Billing by opening the secure customer portal. Cancellation normally takes effect at the next renewal date, and paid access remains available through the end of the current paid period. To avoid a new renewal, cancel before the renewal is processed.

Refunds

Fees for a billing period already started are generally not refundable solely because the subscription was unused or cancelled during that period. We review duplicate charges, technical failure to provide paid access, unauthorized transactions and other exceptional cases. The merchant of record may also issue refunds under its buyer terms, fraud controls or chargeback-prevention procedures.

How to request help

For a billing or refund request, include the order number, purchase email, charge date and a short explanation, but never send full card details. Contact support@skywatchintel.com.

Merchant of record

When live billing is enabled, Lemon Squeezy is the seller and merchant of record for the transaction and processes payment, tax, invoices, refunds and charge disputes. Its buyer terms are also presented during checkout.

Mandatory rights

Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or replaces consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Where mandatory law or the merchant of record's binding buyer terms require a different result, those requirements apply.
